Let's talkBefore you create
Get to know Createe Cozee, from the first little idea to your custom order.
What is Createe Cozee?
Createe Cozee turns children's artwork into custom bamboo sleepwear, with their ideas at the heart of the design. It's a way to celebrate them as creators and keep a little piece of who they are becoming.
Does the artwork need to be a finished drawing?
No. A simple doodle, a baby's handprint or a footprint can be just as meaningful. Choose a little piece of their story you'd love to keep.
What kind of artwork can I upload?
Use a clear photo or scan of a drawing, handprint, doodle or meaningful image. Upload up to four JPEG, PNG or WEBP files, each no larger than 10 MB. You'll crop each image on the order page.
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Check Design Guidelines on the order page before you begin.
What is Design Optimization?
It is optional designer help with the layout and arrangement of your artwork. Your original drawing, main colors and core artwork are preserved. See the order page for the current price and details.
Will I see a design proof?
If you add Design Optimization, our designer will email a proof for your approval before production. One correction round is included. Without this option, review your artwork, crop, base color, style and size carefully before checkout.
How long does a custom order take?
Production may take up to three weeks. Shipping transit time is separate. For orders with Design Optimization, production begins after proof approval.
Can a grown-up create the artwork?
Yes. A parent's sketch or a grandparent's drawing can become a personal gift for a child. Choose original artwork or images you have permission to use.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Self-service cancellation is available within one hour of purchase for a full refund, including the Design Optimization fee if selected. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Custom items are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our Care Team within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos. See our refund policy for the full details and remedies.
